The Anatomy Browser allows for searching a specific anatomy term at a particular stage. Alternatively a complete list of anatomical structures can be examined using the Show Complete List function. Expand the individual term by selecting the plus (+) symbol next to the term. The numbers beside the anatomical term refers to the number of PATO entity values in our database associated with the term. Once an anatomy term has been retrieved the accompanying PATO-compliant entity values and morpholinos within the database associated with those entity values can be viewed.
